Dr. Isaac Brauer, a leader of Agudath Israel and a prominent Frankfurt lawyer who has written much dealing with Jewish affairs, and Dr. George Halpern, a director of the Jewish Colonial Trust of London, have arrived in Palestine, the latter with intentions of permanently settling.
Dr. Ephriam Cohen, formerly director of the Ezra (Hilfsverein) schools in Palestine prior to the World War, accompanied by his son, Dr. Cohen-Reis, former member of the staff of Berlin University Hospital, have also arrived here.
