Germany gave its highest state honor to Ari Rath, a former editor of the Jerusalem Post. Rudolf Dressler, Germany’s ambassador to Israel, presented the Merit Cross of the Federal Republic to Rath in ceremonies Thursday at the German Press Center in Berlin.
