A proposed law to prevent West German arms experts from working in Egypt or any other foreign country, except with Government permission, will be discussed April 18 by a committee representing all West German political parties and Ministers concerned, it was reported here today.
The draft measure is being prepared by Professor Boehm, a West German Parliamentary expert. The proposed law represents a turnabout in the attitude of West German officials who had previously maintained they could not prevent nationals from working for other countries because freedom of movement was guaranteed by the West German constitution.
