Germany transferred some $111 million to the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Israel as an initial payment to help locate Nazi war criminals who are receiving pension benefits from Bonn, according to Israel Radio. Germany recently passed a law canceling pensions to those veterans believed to have been war criminals.
