A Darmstadt German court sentenced Brune Boehn, former head of the local Gestapo’s Jewish Bureau, to 31 months in jail and loss of civil rights following his conviction on charges of having been guilty of persecuting Jews and deporting them to their death in Nazi death camps in Russia.
The same court sentenced Count Georg von Erbach-Schoenbach to a term of five to ten months imprisonment for mistreating Jews during the pogrom of November 10, 1938.
