THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT, REPLYING TO A PROTEST FROM THE LITHUANIAN FOREIGN MINISTRY, HAS REJECTED A DEMAND FOR THE RELEASE OF A LITHUANIAN JEW NAMED FINK, THE BERLIN CORRESPONDENT OF THE JEWISH MORNING JOURNAL OF NEW YORK, ARRESTED LAST JULY BY THE GESTAPO (GERMAN SECRET POLICE).
