In what is believed to be a move to stifle anti-Nazi expression at the forthcoming World Zionist Congress in Geneva, the Gestapo was reliably reported today to have permitted German and Austrian Zionists to send more than 100 delegates to the Congress. The delegation will be held responsible for any anti-German speeches made at the Congress. It will be obliged to appear at Geneva in a bloc and will undoubtedly be under the surveillance of Gestapo agents.
