Bernard M. Baruch today received the annual award of the intropolitan Conference of Temple Brotherhoods. The presentation, which was made by Meyor William O’Dwyer at City Hall, was in recognition of Mr. Baruch’s “great and lasting contributions to the “cause of humanity.”
