William Marmon Que Halm has been named Ghana’s first Ambassador to Israel and will arrive in this country in mid-Summer, it was announced here. Israel opened an embassy in Accra, capital of Ghana, ten months ago.
Mr. Halm, who is active in Ghana’s civic life, is president of the Black Star Maritime Line, in which Israeli and Ghanian capital is invested jointly.
