Rabbi Bert Stein announced here yesterday that Charles Bronne will be chairman of a drive to begin here on October 21 for the United Jewish Appeal. Associated with him are Charles Garlan, vice-chairman; Charles Gellman, treasurer. Rabbi Stein is secretary of the campaign committee.
