A conference of Nazi district leaders at Vegelsang was brought to a close today with a “question and answer” session presided over by Propaganda Minister Paul Joseph Goebbels, in which Dr. Goebbels outlined the “political tactics and strategy” to be followed in the next few months. Included in the instructions were the methods to be pursued in anti-Jewish propaganda.
