Israel’s Foreign Minister Golda Meir arrived here from Amsterdam today for a visit during which she will meet with Prime Minister Sir Alec Douglas-Home, Foreign Secretary R. A. Butler and Harold Wilson, leader of the British Labor Party.
Declaring that she was looking forward to the talks with the British leaders, Mrs. Meir said on her arrival that she hoped the conversations would be mutually useful. After her arrival, she was the guest for dinner of Israel’s Ambassador Arthur Lourie. Tomorrow, Mrs. Meir will have lunch with Foreign Secretary Butler and will meet with the Prime Minister during the day.
