Mrs. Golda Meir, Foreign Minister of Israel, today began a round of conferences with leading Foreign Ministers and other top Cabinet members of a number of governments. In these talks, she is expected to discuss Israel’s problems in general, and specifically the issues to affect Israeli policies on the agenda of this year’s General Assembly.
Tomorrow, Mrs. Meir will meet with United States Secretary of State Dean Rusk. Later this week she is expected to confer with the Foreign Ministers of a number of other European powers. Today, Mrs. Meir had conferences with the Foreign Minister of Cameroon and the Finance Minister of Tanganyika.
