Dr. Jacob B. Goldberg, a prominent figure in medical and social welfare circles, died here at the age of 69 after a long illness.
Dr. Goldberg had practiced medicine in Buffalo for almost fifty years. He served for three terms in the New York State Legislature. For fourteen years, he was chairman of the Buffalo Board of Education. He was a member of the State Public Health Council at the time of his death. His widow, two sons and a daughter survive him.
