A report on talks with members of the Israel Cabinet regarding the implementation of the reparations agreement with Germany was made today by Dr. Nahum Goldmann to the Jewish Agency executive.
The chairman of the Jewish Agency also reported on talks which he had with Premier David Ben Gurion regarding the bill dealing with the Agency’s status which was withdrawn by the government from Parliament after the first reading. The bill will be re-presented to Parliament for final action next month.
Dr. Goldmann also disclosed discussions with the Premier on the forthcoming meeting of presidents of Zionist organizations throughout the world which has been called by the Premier, Dr. Goldmann and Berl Locker, the other chairman of the Agency.
