On the advice of his physician, Sir Osmond Elim d’Avigdor Goldsmid, Anglo-Jewish leader and president of the Jewish Colonization Association, today cancelled his trip to the United States.
Sir Osmond, who is also chairman of the Administrative Council of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, was due in New York to attend the sessions of the Jewish Agency’s administrative committee, which opens on December 31.
