Governor Frank J. Lausche of Ohio was the principal speaker yesterday at groundbreaking services for the new campus of the Telshe Yeshiva College at Wickliffe. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Chief Rabbi I. Herzog of Israel and other notables sent greetings to the 80-year-old institution. Judge Joseph H. Silbert, of Cleveland, presided at the ceremonies which were attended by several thousand. Speakers included Rabbi Eliezer Silver, president of the Unionof Orthodox Rabbis of the United States and Canada.
