A strike of professional employees of the Government and public institutions seeking higher wages which was planned for tomorrow was canceled today after Prime Minister Levi Eshkol offerea to submit the labor dispute to a committee headed by a Supreme Court Justice which would render a legal interpretation of disputed clause in a wage agreement signed last September. The offer was made yesterday by the Cabinet which agreed that arbitration should take place as soon as possible.
