Myers Y. Cooper, Governor of Ohio, and Russell Wilson, Mayor of Cincinnati, will deliver addresses of welcome on Sunday morning, April 27th, to the opening session of the 13th Quinquennial Convention of the I. O. B. B. at the Hotel Sinton, convention headquarters.
Hon. Alfred M. Cohen, of Cincinnati, president of the Constitution Grand Lodge, I. O. B. B., will preside at all business sessions of which there will be two daily from Monday, April 28th, through Wednesday, April 30th, in addition to the opening session on Sunday morning, April 27th, and the principal session Monday evening, April 28th.
