Governor Moore has appointed Dr. Harry Redisch, Newark physician, a member of the bi-partisan Essex County Board of Elections. Dr. Redisch succeeds John Faiss. The governor also has designated Samuel Steiman, of Somerville, a member of the Somerset County Board, and Irvin Rose, of Penns Grove, a member of the Salem County Board. The appointments are for two years.
