The United States mails are being flooded with the worst barrage of anti-Semitic propaganda in the history of American political campaigns, Louis Levand, publisher of the Wichita (Kans.) Beacon, charged here today.

The Kansas publisher demanded Federal Government action to prevent the use of the mails by anti-Semitic hate spreaders along the same line that postal regulations now prevent sending of obscene or fraudulent matter through the mails. He also called for the exposure of hate-mongers masquerading as ministers and the elimination of their tax-exempt status.
