The Greater New York Israel Bond Organization launched its fall campaign here today at a dinner at which more than $5 million in bonds were sold to help advance Israel’s economic development. The event was addressed by Maj. Gen. Itzhak Rabin, Israel’s Ambassador to the United States. Irving Mitchell Felt, chairman of the board of the Madison Square Garden Corp., was dinner chairman. Thirteen men and women of the New York metropolitan area were honored for their leadership of the Bond drive.
