Greece’s president plans to travel to Israel in what will be the first visit to the Jewish state by a Greek head of state. Constantinos Stephanopoulos is scheduled to arrive Monday for the two-day visit, during which he plans to visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial and the grave of slain Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin.
