The Greek Cabinet last night discussed the question of the disposition of heirless Jewish property and agreed in principle to implement a 1946 law providing for the transfer of this property to a foundation which would use funds obtained from the sale of the property for the relief and rehabilitation of Greek Jews.
Upon the request of the Minister of Education, however, a final decision was delayed until his return from a trip to Salonica which he began today. The Minister said he wanted more time to study the problem.
