Israeli security forces are investigating the incident, the second since Friday when a grenade thrown at an Israeli civilian car fatally wounded an Arab boy and injured 25 Arab workers. The renewal of grenade throwing after a six-month interval of relative quiet in the Gaza area was attributed to the recent withdrawal of Israeli border police units which controlled the Gaza Strip.
