Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko arrived here today for a four-day official visit during which he will confer with Prime Minister Edward Heath, Foreign Secretary Sir Alec Douglas-Home and other British leaders. The Middle East crisis is expected to be high on the agenda of the talks. Jewish students protesting the treatment of Jews in the Soviet Union, appeared with placards when Mr. Gromyko landed at the airport. They said they would maintain an all night vigil outside the Soviet diplomat’s hotel.
