An organization named The Committee for the Promotion of Arab-Hebrew Rapprochement and Understanding, established in New York within the framework of the Union for the Protection of the Human Person, made public today the text of a resolution adopted at its meeting at the Columbia Faculty Club suggesting that “the present frontiers of Israel and of the neighboring Arab states should be guaranteed by the democratic Great Powers.”
