A decision as to the form of a memorial that the International Committee of the Resistance has decided to erect in Israel will be reached following the arrival there of four delegates from the organization this week. The memorial will be dedicated to all resistance fighters who lost their lives during the Second World War.
One of the alternatives proposed a memorial pillar that would be installed in the complex of buildings constructed for Yad Vashem in Jerusalem. Another is the planting of a memorial forest at the entrance of which a monument would be erected.
