Growth of the World Federation of Polish Jews since its inception in London in 1935 was outlined today by Zelig Tygel, executive secretary, at a press conference to be held in New York next September 6. The federation, which started with 17 member bodies in as many countries, now has 21 constituent organizations, Mr. Tygel announced. The new members are Canada, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay. Other speakers included Gershon Bader, Journalist and chairman of the conference arrangements committee; Abraham Goldberg, Zionist leader, and Joseph Opatashu, author.
