Oskar Gruesenberg, the well known Russian Jewish attorney and communal leader, will be the representative of Latvian Jewry on the non-Zionist side of the Council of the Jewish Agency. His election to this post is expected in a few days.
Mr. Gruesenberg, who played a prominent part in Russian Jewish affairs during the Czaristic times, has resided in Latvia since the outbreak of the revolution.
