Herschel Grynszpan, young Polish Jew who killed German Embassy Counsellor Ernst vom Rath on Nov. 7, again appeared before French legal authorities today.
Grynszpan was confronted with various members of the Embassy personnel who were in the building at the time of the killing, including the usher who led him into the office of vom Rath, and French police who arrested him after the shooting. A re-enactment of the killing was held in the office of magistrate Tesniere with defense lawyers in attendance.
