The first Latin-American foundation dinner of the “Guardians of Israel, ” organization devoted to the sale of Israel Bonds, was held here last night. Speakers included the chairman of the “Guardians of Israel” here, Dr. Samuel Malamud; Dr. Mordecai Schneerson, counsellor of the Israeli legation here; and Miron Sheski, chief of the Latin-American department for State of Israel Bonds.
