Guatemala’s Congress, under the leadership of the Senate, adopted a strong resolution today condemning the “illegitimate blockade of the Strait of Tiran as an act of aggression and a violation of human rights. The measure categorically condemned “all forms of aggression or hostile acts which lead to war.” The Congress voted also to send its resolution to all other parliamentary bodies in Latin America.
