David Frankfurter, Yugoslavian Jewish medical student, will go on trial Dec. 9 in the Chur Cantonal Court for the murder last February of Wilhelm Gustloff, Nazi agent, in a hotel in Davos, it was officially announced today. The trial will last three days.
