Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America, will hold its twentieth annual convention at the Wardman Park Hotel, Washington, D. C., on October 14-16, according to the announcement of Mrs. Alexander Lamport, chairman of the convention committee. More than 1,000 delegates from 300 cities are expected to attend.
The assembled workers will consider not only general Zionistic and specific Hadassah matters, but will review the entire present day Jewish problem. Particularly will they attempt to discern the direction of Jewish life and the position of Palestine in the contemporary Jewish scene.
