Hadassah has enrolled 2,000 new members since November 1 and Junior Hadassah has acquired 500 new members, it was reported yesterday by Mrs. Alexander Lamport and Miss Nell Ziff, national chairman of the senior and junior divisions, respectively.
Women are joining the Zionist movement in unprecedented numbers, Mrs. Lamport said.
NAMED CHAIRMEN
Mrs. Mortimer Brenner and Mrs. A. H. Arons both of Brooklyn, have been named chairmen of the elections and transportations committees, respectively, for the triennial convention of the National Council of Jewish Women, scheduled for New Orleans in March.
