The annual Hadassah mid-winter conference will be held here from February 28 to March 3, the organization announced today. Delegates representing 1,200 chapters with a combined national membership of 300,000 will hear reports on problems facing Israel in the political, economic, social and educational fields. The reports will be given by members of a Hadassah delegation, headed by Mrs. Rebecca Shulman, president, which recently returned from a visit to Israel.
