A crowd of Orthodox Jews stormed the Empire Cinema at Haifa yesterday and tried to stop the performance by force, as a protest against the violation of the Sabbath.
The police were called in and dispersed the crowd. There was a considrable amount of fighting between the crowd and the police before the crowd was dispersed.
