Anti-Semitic riots broke out again today at the Technical University. The Hakenkreuzler students chased Jewish students and beat them, as well as Socialist students. The occasion for the outbreak was a lecture given at the University on the question of guilt in the war.
The Board of the university introduced compulsory identification for all students entering the University. The police arrested many rioters who, it was proven, are members of anti-Semitic organizations but not members of the University. The Minister of Education requested the University authorities to demand of the nationalistic students association leaders absolute guarantee that order will be maintained. Otherwise the Ministry will call in the police to reestablish normal conditions at the University.
