Halsmann Case Has Cost His Family and Friends Nearly 100,000 Shillings

The trial and appeal in the Halsmann case have cost Halsmann’s family 100,000 shillings. The cost has fallen heavily upon the young man’s family, friends and Jewish committees in connection with both the Innsbruck trials and the hearing before the Supreme Court. The documents in the case now weigh 12,000 kilograms.
