Hamas and Hezbollah have stepped up their efforts to recruit Israeli Arabs for attacks against the Jewish state, according to Israel Radio. More than 30 Israeli Arabs have been arrested for hostile activities against Israel since Israeli-Palestinian violence erupted last September.
