Hamas militants prevented Palestinian police from arresting a Hamas leader. Armed Hamas supporters clashed Thursday with Palestinian security forces who tried to arrest Abdel Aziz Rantissi in the Gaza Strip. Three police officers and two bystanders were injured, and Rantissi remained holed up in a house in Gaza City.
