Hamas said that at the end of the year it would not consider itself bound by a “truce” declared by Palestinian terrorist groups. “The group will not be committed to any agreement until we reach a new agreement after the parliament election,” Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri said Wednesday, referring to a Palestinian Authority poll scheduled for Jan. 25.
