Hamas won major West Bank cities in municipal voting. Preliminary results last Friday showed the Islamist terrorist group winning 13 of 15 seats on the Nablus council, eight of seven seats in Jenin and nine of 15 seats in El Bireh, a large suburb of Ramallah.
