Hamas would consider limiting attacks on Israelis just to the West Bank and Gaza Strip if Israel ceases its military campaign against the terrorist group. Hamas leaders reportedly made the offer Thursday in a meeting in Gaza with Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas.
