A new law providing for indemnification of racial and political victims of Nazi persecution in the Hamburg area was adopted unanimously today by the Hamburg City Parliament. It provides for indemnity payments of 4,250,000 deutsche marks during the coming fiscal year. Additional payments over the next ten years are expected to amount to 8,000,000 marks.
