Franklin and Stoner have acquired the dramatic rights to “Hands As Bands,” the novel by C. T. Revere and will produce it as the first of five plays they have planned for next season. A. W. Pezet has been engaged to make the dramatization of the novel, which presents the eternal triangle from the man’s viewpoint.
