Israel’s Ambassador Avraham Harman paid a courtesy call today on Under-Secretary of State Eugene Rostow, the State Department’s new “Number Three” man. Although the conference was a “get acquainted” session, the diplomats are believed to have touched in a general way on matters of mutual interest to the Governments of the United States and Israel.
