Harry K. Wolff, president of the Civil Service Commission of San Francisco and a leader in local Jewish affairs, was honored this week by election to the presidency of the Western Regional Civil Service Assembly of the United States and Canada.
The assembly met in Berkeley in conjunction with the Western Conference on Government.
