Dr. Pinchas Shinnar, head of the Israel purchasing mission in West Germany, who carries the personal rank of Minister, this week attended an official reception at the residence of German President Theodor Heuss. This is the first official German reception attended by Dr. Shinnar. His invitation came from Archbishiop Muench, Papal Nuncio, and dean of the diplomatic corps in Bonn.
